Miraclean Cleanroom Dress Code

The people in the clean room are an important source of contamination in the clean room. Contamination caused and spread by personnel activities in the cleanroom must be minimized to ensure cleanliness and reduce maintenance costs. Cleanroom discipline aims is to minimize the risk of product contamination.

We have established strict discipline to regulate the activities of the personnel working in the cleanroom and the operating staff in the clean workshop, including maintenance and service personnel.

The following requirements will be followed for the entry and exit of personnel.

1. Wear a cap and change shoes at the shoe changing area

2. Wear a disposable non-woven cleaning cap;

3. Take off the shoes you are wearing, take out the work slippers from the shoe cabinet and put them on, and put the changed shoes into the special position of the shoe cabinet

4. After changing the slippers, enter the primary changing room.

5. Change clothes in the first changing room

6. Remove the accessories, watches and other daily necessities and put them in the locker;

7. Enter the second watch after washing your hands and drying your hands;

8. Secondary locker room changing

9. Put on the slip and work clothes;

10. Organize your appearance in front of the cosmetic mirror.

11. Enter the hand sanitizing room

12. Perform hand disinfection

13. Enter the workshop only after completion
